Perks & Benefits Competitive wages - plus bonuses - based on level of experience Flexible scheduling Employee discounts and recognition programs Opportunities for advancement in a growing, loved brand What You’ll Do: Managing multiple locations in the region Leading and motivating a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences Managing daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards Driving sales and profitability through effective cost control and marketing initiatives Recruiting, training, and developing team members for growth and success Creating a positive, inclusive, and fun work environment Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards Ensure exceptional customer service by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, inventory control, and following brand standards and systems Monitor and control food and labor costs, inventory levels, and waste to maximize profitability Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary steps to improve service quality and address any recurring issues Engage with the local community, build relationships, and explore opportunities for partnerships or sponsorships Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and adherence to company values Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, providing coaching and feedback, and resolving conflicts What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience is preferred (QSR experience a plus!)
