Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established multi-specialty practice in Vineland, New Jersey. This opportunity is ideal for a provider seeking strong earning potential, mentorship, advanced technology, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry within a collaborative clinical environment.
For more than 50 years, Eastern Dental has provided full-service dental care to communities throughout New Jersey. Our practices offer comprehensive general dentistry alongside specialty services including oral surgery, orthodontics, implants, prosthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
The incoming provider will benefit from strong patient flow, modern technology, experienced support staff, and mentorship from senior clinical leaders while building a successful long-term career within a stable and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
- Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure excellent patient care
- Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows
- Support a positive and patient-centered clinical culture
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active New Jersey dental license (or ability to obtain)
- CDS and DEA licenses required
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
