The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in a variety of store operations duties. This role builds and leads a friendly service-oriented barista team sets a high-energy work pace drives sales increases profit and demonstrates an engaged management style that exudes positivity. The successful Assistant Store Manager exemplifies Scooters Coffee core values of Integrity Love Humility & Courage in addition to a splash of grit !
