We are a trendy and upscale casual concept looking to add a skilled Sous Chef to our team. Looking for someone ready to work hard and grow their career with us.

Restaurant Sous Chef Responsibilities

Support the leadership of the Executive Chef to ensure our core values are demonstrated each day to provide our guests with an extraordinary dining experience
Help develop hourly team members and hold them accountable to promote internal growth
Effectively manage financials
Understand and adhere to all food preparation standards, plating techniques, and recipes
Assist the Executive Chef with the back-of-the-house schedule to ensure proper coverage.

Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications

Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
Highly motivated to learn and grow with strong attention to detail
Professional in appearance and conduct
The ability to speak and understand Spanish is preferred

Restaurant Sous Chef Benefits

Salary of $65 to $85K based on your experience
