Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Alexandria, MN
Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a wholesale supply and distribution company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you'll support daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and help maintain a safe and organized work environment. • Accurately pull and prepare products to fulfill customer orders
• Pack, label, and stage completed orders for shipment or delivery
• Operate forklifts, riders, and warehouse equipment safely
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
• Use RF scanners and computerized systems to locate and track products
• Load delivery trucks and assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Basic computer skills and ability to use RF scanners or inventory systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
