Base Salary: $165K–$190K DOE

I'm currently working with an established General Contractor looking to add an experienced Senior Superintendent to their team.

This is a great opportunity for a field leader who wants to stay busy with high-quality K-12 and healthcare projects throughout the Chicagoland area while joining a company with a strong pipeline of work.

Ideal Background:

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent

• K-12, healthcare, education, institutional, or similar commercial experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality xhyhwjd control, and subcontractor management

• Ability to lead field teams and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners

• Strong communication and organizational skills
