Position Overview Growing Home Healthcare Organization seeks an RN to work in a school setting or with medically fragile children. Locations available across the city of Houston. Prefer 1+ years of experience in Home Health or Pediatric environment. Responsibilities • Provide RN services in school or pediatric/home health settings to medically fragile children to support their health needs. • Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. • Monitor student health, administer medications as prescribed, and respond to medical emergencies. • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided and student health records. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license; CPR certification required. 1+ years of experience in Home Health or Pediatric environment preferred.
