Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care. Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center's Pacific Campus. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team. This provider will deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and oversight of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services for patients experiencing depression and other mental health conditions as well as Neurodivergent IOP for both adults and adolescents. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovative treatment approaches and committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. As we continue to grow our established network of both inpatient and outpatient clinics, we are excited to welcome a new location in Lynnwood in 2026, with another future expansion planned in 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychiatrist who is passionate about providing patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting while helping meet the growing behavioral health needs of our communities.

Our organization provides a comprehensive continuum of outpatient behavioral health services across multiple locations, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional care while enjoying the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team. Highlights include:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments

Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

Provide medication management services

Collaborate with therapists and other behavioral health professionals

Participate in treatment planning and clinical case consultation

Support positive patient outcomes through evidence-based psychiatric care

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

Current Washington State medical license or ability to obtain

Commitment to quality patient care and teamwork
