Job Description

Polly Management, a multi-unit Dairy Queen franchisee, is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, develop teams, and drive strong results.

This role is ideal for experienced Shift Managers or Assistant Managers ready to grow into a General Manager position.

Qualifications

● Restaurant leadership experience preferred

● Strong communication skills

● Knowledge of food safety

● POS and cash handling experience

● ServSafe Certification a plus
