Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Charge Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Plainview, Texas
The organization is seeking a Charge Experienced ER RN to support short-term acute care services. The role involves charging upon start with minimal department orientation and providing emergency nursing care, including taking patients as needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days; 12-hour shifts; minimum 36.0 hours per week; weekend coverage required as needed with 6 weekend shifts per contract.
• Required Qualifications: Active, valid state license with a compact license in hand at submission; at least 2 years of relevant experience as specified (charge experience required); experience working with patient ratios of 4:1; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); prior charge experience; ability to charge upon start with minimal department orientation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic charting system experience.
• Additional Information: Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD). Travelers may be expected to float to nearby sister facilities; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
• Additional Information (Submission Requirements): Submission must include a response to: Have you ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem? If yes, please include location and dates worked. Two references are required covering 1 year (6 months for CNA roles) within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start.
