Experience Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 18 months PERM CVICU experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
• AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
