Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:30 AM - 03:00 PM Sun06:30 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines. Support day‑to‑day operations by maintaining visible presence, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and completing incident logs and other required reports in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
