Outpatient Registered Nurse

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an Outpatient Registered Nurse to provide compassionate dialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease. In this role you will assess patients pre- and post-treatment, initiate and monitor hemodialysis, manage vascular access, and respond to complications using established clinical protocols. You will administer medications, educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care, and document all care in the electronic health record. Collaborate closely with nephrologists, technicians, and interdisciplinary team members while adhering to regulatory standards and infection control.
