Job Summary We are looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time Office-Based Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team at our Kettering/Dayton location! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs.

Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy to support emotional and behavioral growth.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.

Utilize evidence-based treatment methods for group and individual therapy sessions.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans.

Perform regular wellness checks to track client progress.

Ensure adherence to facility and licensing standards for mental health care.

Qualifications

Ohio licensed mental health clinician (LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW, LPCC-S, LISW-S, MFT).

Licensed Interns are welcome to apply.

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment.

Highly organized with the ability to manage client caseloads effectively.
