VP, M&A Tax Advisory — Remote-First Growth Opportunity

Jobot is seeking a Vice President – M&A Tax Advisory with a Big 4 Transaction Tax, Big Law Tax, or similar advisory background to gain greater exposure, flexibility, and growth within a dedicated transaction advisory platform. Based in a remote-first environment, you will lead tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration for a broad mix of cross-border and domestic transactions, coordinating with senior leadership and clients to deliver high-impact tax solutions and #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobot
