Location 704 Central Avenue,Second Floor,Fort Dodge, IA, 50501,United States Base Pay $19.00 / Hour Employee Type Non-Exempt - FT Required Degree High school Travel 50% Manage Others No Description Job Duties: Support families at risk of or experiencing homelessness Manage high-volume communication via phone, email, and SMS Proficiency in learning and using various software programs and databases Collect and manage required documentation to ensure timely move-ins and payments Conduct home visits and travel regularly year-round throughout the service area Highly adaptable to schedule changes Maintain accurate data entry and compliance with program requirements Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma (required) Knowledge of homelessness-related issues Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and focus Comfort learning and using multiple software systems Willingness to travel and conduct home visits High adaptability to changing schedules and demands Summary This position serves a 14-county area and supports families in accessing program services.
