Regional MDS Coordinator

Job description Luxor Healthcare seeking experienced Regional MDS Coordinator. The primary purpose of the Regional MDS Coordinator is to maintain / process MDS data, resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with state/federal requirements and the policies/goals of all the facilities. This person is a key participant of the interdisciplinary team, assisting in ensuring quality of care, continuity of services, and individualized patient-centered plans and goals. Regional MDS Coordinator Responsibilities Supervise multiple MDS Coordinator’s with patient assessments to determine the health status, level of care, and any subsequent changes. Provide ongoing education. Update MDS manual as necessary Travel required to various facilities. Regional MDS Coordinator Qualifications Current active RN or LPN MO. licensure Regional MDS Coordinator experience Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and benefit guidelines Regional MDS Coordinator Job Type: Full-time Regional MDS Coordinator Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Luxor Healthcare
