What You Will Do as an Outside Sales Trainee

• Participate in a structured sales and operations training program.
• Assist with customer account development and relationship building.
• Prepare material takeoffs and job estimates.
• Learn territory management, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
• Support existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications for an Outside Sales Trainee
