Graphic Designer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our client's marketing and business development team in Monmouth County, NJ. Our client is a well-established Construction Management firm with over 50 years of industry success. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys creating polished, professional business documents and presentations rather than developing large-scale creative campaigns. The ideal candidate has exceptional formatting and layout skills, is highly proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, possesses strong writing and proofreading abilities, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing. Key Responsibilities Design and format professional proposals, qualifications packages (RFPs/RFQs), presentations, and other business development materials. Create clean, visually appealing layouts that enhance readability while maintaining brand consistency. Develop graphics, diagrams, charts, and infographics that clearly communicate technical information. Produce polished PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, interviews, and marketing initiatives. Edit, proofread, and format proposal content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism. Collaborate with the marketing, business development, and project teams to gather information and prepare submission materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Maintain and update marketing collateral, project sheets, resumes, and template documents. Ensure all materials adhere to established company branding and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services industries. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign , Illustrator , and Photoshop . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word . Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent layout, typography, and document production abilities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
