Local Team Collaboration: Join our team of board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians and APPs at Maria Parham Health and work alongside highly trained nurses and clinical specialists. Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience. New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling: Daily coverage includes 24 Physician hours. Flexible scheduling for work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-quality patient care in a 20-bed emergency department with approximately 27,000 annual visits and an 18% admission rate. Partner with a robust team of subspecialty professionals and utilize advanced imaging services to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Specialties available include Cardiology, ENT, Urology, OB/Gyn, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, General Surgery, Pediatrics Bring your expertise and innovation to foster lasting relationships with our hospital partners.
