In this role, you will work on complex engagements across state and local government, as well as tribal governments and tribally owned enterprises, including casinos. You will gain exposure to audits involving governmental accounting standards, federal compliance, and highly regulated gaming environments.You will lead engagement planning, execution, and client communication while delivering high-quality audit services. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise while working on some of the most complex and impactful public sector and tribal engagements.Responsibilities:Lead audit engagements including planning, budgeting, execution, and quality controlManage teams and mentor junior staffMaintain strong client relationships and ensure timely deliveryMonitor engagement performance, billing, and efficiencyIdentify opportunities for service expansion and process improvementsQualifications:Minimum of 2 1/2 years of public accounting experience in assurance services preferred.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalentCPA preferred or eligible and actively pursuingStrong communication, project management, and client service skillsWhy MGO: We prioritize a people-first culture where talent thrives.
