Job Overview A law firm seeks a Banking and Finance Associate with three to six years of experience to join their practice in Santa Monica, CA. The role involves representing lenders and borrowers in various debt financings, including private credit transactions and syndicated credit facilities. Duties Represent lenders and borrowers in domestic and international debt financings. Handle private credit transactions and receivables financings. Engage in structured credit and distressed financings. Participate in syndicated credit facilities and growth capital financings. Requirements Three to six years of relevant law firm experience. Highly motivated with superior client service skills. Member of the Bar in a U.S. State. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Bar membership in a U.S. State. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
