Lobby AttendantAs a Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the hotel's lobby and public spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates. Responsibilities include maintaining overall cleanliness of lobby and public areas, including restrooms, pool, and exercise room. Replenishing supplies and removing trash as needed throughout guest and associate spaces. Assisting with laundry support and delivery of guest amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds. Communicating suite status changes with the Front Desk and courteously responding to guest requests. Supporting pool and spa upkeep in compliance with health and safety regulations.Qualifications: Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and assist with lifting or moving supplies. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Commitment to guest service and safety standards.
