We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while contributing to a hospital-based rehabilitation team. This role supports patient-centered care in an interdisciplinary environment and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or hospital-based therapy settings preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and documentation in an electronic medical record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with neurological and orthopedic populations preferred.
• Experience using standardized assessments and adaptive equipment preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1600.
