Key Responsibilities Strategic and Financial Responsibilities Upselling and Revenue Generation Payment Processing Operational Responsibilities Compliance and Safety Problem Resolution Menu Knowledge Staff Management Training and Development Customer Service Responsibilities Customer Satisfaction Education & Qualifications Certifications in food safety and sanitation, such as ServSafe or Safe Food Handling and alcohol training. Highschool or GED equivalent. Physical Stamina and Endurance-ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a hot and demanding kitchen environment Experience Bartenders should have prior experience working as bartenders in a restaurant or hospitality setting. They should have a strong understanding of front-of-house operations, including customer service techniques, order taking, and making cocktails. Desirable - Previous experience in a high volume restaurant.
