Leader Bank is seeking a strategic and execution-focused to lead the development and optimization of account opening experiences across all channels. This role defines product strategy, manages the roadmap, and drives prioritization to improve customer acquisition and onboarding efficiency for Leader Bank, a rapidly growing community bank and mortgage lender.

Who This Role Is For

• A strategic and execution-focused with 5+ years of experience, ideally in banking or fintech.
• Someone with a proven track record managing digital onboarding or account opening products.
• An individual experienced with agile methodologies and a data-driven mindset for funnel optimization.
• A professional with a strong understanding of banking regulations related to customer onboarding (KYC, AML, CIP).
• A collaborative leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What Youll Do

• Define and communicate a clear product vision for account opening and file maintenance experiences.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap for account opening flows across various account types.
• Lead product development requests through the full lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Continuously analyze user behavior and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Champion a seamless, intuitive, and compliant onboarding experience across digital and physical channels.
• Partner with marketing, sales, compliance, and operations for successful product delivery.
• Ensure all account opening flows meet applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, CIP).

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors degree.
• Proven track record of managing digital onboarding or account opening products.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations related to customer onboarding.
• Experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, and digital document capture.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, APIs, and third-party onboarding platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in funnel optimization.

Compensation

Compensation: $47 – $70 hour.
