Mult Func Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager | Lockheed Martin As the Master Data Governance (MDG) Associate Manager, you will lead the end-to-end master data management solution that enables a reliable digital thread. Overseeing a team of data stewards, you will design, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise master data governance framework, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and proper formatting across product life cycle processes. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align master data with business objectives and the OneLM initiative, monitor data quality metrics, resolve data issues, and drive corrective actions. Basic Qualifications Ability to obtain a security clearance Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs Excellent communication skills, including interacting with multiple levels of management, peers, and customers Knowledge of lean manufacturing Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills Ability to work outside normal operating hours when required Leadership experience Desired Skills Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS) Advanced data analytics experience Strong working knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems Manufacturing planning experience Data analysis skills Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings Strong communication capabilities Strong ability to multi‑task and prioritize MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position requires a government security clearance.
