Position DetailsPosition: Speech Pathologist (Home Health)
Location: Tillamook, Oregon
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule:
Day Shift
Monday–Friday
5×8-hour shifts
Mileage Reimbursement: Provided in addition to standard compensation
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
Active Oregon Speech Pathologist License
Current BLS (or CPR) Certification
Valid Driver's License
Must be at least 21 years of age
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Home Health experience preferred
Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and treatment strategies
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary home health teams
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting
Monday–Friday schedule
No hospital setting—provide one-on-one patient care in the home
Mileage reimbursement
Greater autonomy and flexibility in your workday
