Senior Technical Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for leading enterprise programs, driving governance, and ensuring successful delivery of large-scale technology initiatives.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Senior Technical Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage enterprise-level programs and technology initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Establish governance frameworks, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute project plans, roadmaps, and strategies aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement across programs.
• Facilitate Agile practices, act as Scrum Master/coach, and ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies.
• Monitor program performance through metrics and reporting, providing insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in program/project management roles.
• Strong expertise in program management, Agile methodologies, and leading large-scale enterprise technology implementations.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and governance, with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, PMO frameworks, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
