Blue Compass RV Redmond is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Redmond, OR. As an RV Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect recreational vehicle to suit their lifestyle and needs. You’ll engage with customers, build relationships, and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process to ensure a positive buying experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate features of various RV models.
Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to closing.
Maintain detailed knowledge of current inventory and pricing.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales targets.
Assist with trade-in appraisals and financing options as needed.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Requirements

Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or recreational vehicle sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical features of RVs.
Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping people.
Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
