Patient Safety Attendant: Observational Care Partner

Advocate Health in Shelby, NC seeks a Patient Observation Specialist to support the nursing team by maintaining a safe, ligature-free environment and providing attentive observation as delegated by the Registered Nurse.
Your role includes documenting observation details, performing handoffs to the RN, and upholding policies while fostering clear, professional communication with patients and staff. Prior hospital exposure is preferred, with required BLS and CPI certifications.
