Construction Manager - Telecommunication

Construction Manager Location: Taylor, Texas, United States Job Type: Full-Time Your Impact Actively participating in project deployment meetings and offering improvements/solutions Experience working directly with GC’s (general contractors) and subcontractors to assess potential problems and technical challenges and devise effective solutions. Planning and managing team goals, project schedules, and incorporating new information as it arises. Supervising ongoing projects and coordinating all team/partner members to maintain a smooth workflow. Managing project-related paperwork (forms), ensuring the accuracy and proper filing of all necessary materials. Engaging in daily coordination meetings with GC regarding schedule, safety and issues. Adhering to the allocated budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost‑saving measures. Who You Are Seasoned telecommunications infrastructure and construction manager. Demonstrated successful experience in multiple greenfield construction projects. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, methodologies, and techniques. Expertise in building products, construction details, and applicable regulations, rules, and quality standards. Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the construction process. Familiarity with construction management software packages. Ability to think strategically and see the "big picture" when planning and executing projects. Proficiency in conflict and crisis management, effectively resolving issues as they arise. Strong leadership and human resources management skills, enabling effective team management. Excellent time management and project management abilities, ensuring projects are completed within deadlines.
