Location: West Palm Beach, FL, 33407 Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy, excellent patient interaction skills, and the ability to perform blood draws efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Perform safe and accurate blood draws. Verify patient identity and laboratory orders. Label, process, store, and prepare specimens for pickup. Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality. Follow infection-control and bloodborne-pathogen precautions. Maintain a clean and properly stocked collection area. Provide calm, respectful support to patients. Report unsuccessful collections, refusals, or safety concerns to clinical staff. Qualifications Phlebotomy certificate from an accredited program. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a phlebotomist. Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques and safety procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
