We are urgently hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our busy hotel team. As the face of the hotel, you will provide exceptional customer service by managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and resolving inquiries efficiently. - Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure
- Process payments and issuing room keys
- Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
