Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aesthetic Nurse role based in Lisle, IL. The Aesthetic Nurse will perform and assist with aesthetic procedures such as injectables, facials, acne treatments, PRP therapies, and cryotherapy, following established clinical protocols and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, assessing clinical needs, explaining treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and providing pre- and post-treatment education. The role involves administering injections, preparing treatment rooms, documenting care accurately in patient records, and collaborating with providers to develop individualized treatment plans. The Aesthetic Nurse will also support diagnostic testing workflows, uphold infection control and regulatory compliance, and contribute to a positive, professional environment focused on patient satisfaction and outcomes. Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of Illinois, with experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or a related clinical setting preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in aesthetic procedures such as injectables (e.g., neuromodulators, fillers), facials, acne treatments, PRP, and basic laser or device-based therapies, with strong attention to safety and technique. Solid knowledge of general nursing practice, including patient assessment, treatment planning, informed consent, and post-procedure care, along with strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills, with the ability to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and provide a supportive, professional patient experience. Strong organizational and documentation skills, including accurate charting, time management, and the ability to follow standardized protocols and maintain regulatory and infection-control standards. Comfort with wellness-oriented services such as hormone and testosterone therapy, cryotherapy, and diagnostic testing, and willingness to learn and adopt new evidence-based treatments. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times. BLS/CPR certification required; additional certifications in aesthetic nursing or medical aesthetics are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
