Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble composite components according to technical specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery to ensure precision and quality in production.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflows.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in composite materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or craftsmanship role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with composite materials and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward learning and growth.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
