Position Details
  • Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and devise personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional goals.

  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, multifaceted care.
  • Guide Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families the therapeutic techniques essential for continued progress at home.
  • Monitor and Adjust Treatment Plans: Document progress and healthcare outcomes, modifying strategies as necessary to keep patients on track.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
  • Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications
Licenses
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
  • NBCOT certification is mandatory
