On The Way AC is actively seeking an experienced Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

What We Expect From Top Performers
- Proven Track Record of Production: Three or more years of residential HVAC service experience in Tampa, FL with a demonstrated history of strong revenue generation, solid average tickets, and high replacement lead generation.
- Master Diagnostics: Static pressure, subcooling, superheat, airflow dynamics, and electrical troubleshooting are second nature to you. You do not guess—you test and prove it to the client.
- Top-Tier Communication: Ability to confidently explain system inefficiencies, indoor air quality solutions, and replacement options to homeowners in plain English.
- Meticulous Documentation: You take pride in uploading photos, measurements, and clear multi-option proposals on every single call using modern field software (ServiceTitan/iPads).
- Credentials: Active EPA 608 Certification and a clean driving record are required.
