DESCRIPTION A cook's job description includes a variety of tasks and responsibilities, such as Food preparation: Selecting and following recipes, measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients, chopping, slicing, and seasoning food Cooking: frying, grilling, and boiling food Food presentation: Presenting dishes attractively, appetizingly, and garnished Kitchen maintenance: Cleaning workspaces, utensils, and dishes, maintaining a sanitary and safe work environment, managing food storage and stock levels Health and safety: Meeting food safety and sanitation regulations, adhering to hygiene and safety standards Communication: Liaising with wait staff and management Cocks should also be able to perform under pressure, as restaurant kitchens are fast-paced and frenzied Holidays off include: New Years Day Easter Sunday Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Eve Christmas Day Closed Monday Tuesday thru Saturday 11 till 9 A cook is responsible for serving our guests with unparalleled hospitality to create unforgettable experiences every day!
