What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations, including trauma, pediatric, psychiatric, and adult emergencies.
• Perform triage assessments and manage patient flow efficiently in a Level I Trauma Center setting.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and administer emergency medications with confidence.
• Assist with procedures such as procedural sedation and ventilated patient management.
• Document patient care accurately in the EPIC system.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment, handling trauma, psych holds, and medical emergencies effectively.

What You Need

• Ohio RN license (active required)
• 2+ years of ER experience, preferably in trauma or stroke-certified facilities
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI; additional trauma experience preferred
• Ability to handle pediatric and adult emergencies, dysrhythmia interpretation, trauma, psych holds, and ventilation management
