Phlebotomist

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Sumter, SC! This is a 4+ months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist

Location: Sumter, SC 29150

Shift Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $18-19.55/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection procedures accurately and safely
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow established clinical and forensic specimen collection procedures
• Provide excellent patient care while ensuring patient comfort and confidence
• Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and safety procedures
• Support daily operations under the direction of the area supervisor
• Promote a professional and positive image to patients, clients, and staff

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
