We're looking for a metrics-focused professional to join our Business Development Center as a Digital Customer Engagement Specialist. This isn't traditional sales - it's the specialized art of converting online interest into showroom visits through phone, email, and digital communication.

Your success directly impacts both customer experience and dealership revenue, making this one of the most measurable, results-driven positions in automotive retail.

Requirements:

- No automotive experience required - we'll teach you everything about our products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Familiarity with automotive industry terminology
- Experience with digital communication platforms (chat, social media)
