We're looking for a metrics-focused professional to join our Business Development Center as a Digital Customer Engagement Specialist. This isn't traditional sales - it's the specialized art of converting online interest into showroom visits through phone, email, and digital communication.

You'll be representing a dealership that customers trust and recommend.
Why This Role Matters: Today's car buyers start online. You'll be their first human contact, turning digital inquiries into scheduled appointments. Your success directly impacts both customer experience and dealership revenue, making this one of the most measurable, results-driven positions in automotive retail.

Requirements:
- Strong phone communication and professional writing skills

- No automotive experience required - we'll teach you everything about our products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Familiarity with automotive industry terminology
- Experience with digital communication platforms (chat, social media)
