You will lead the design, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of highly available infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on F5 and Citrix NetScaler technologies. You will support Fiserv’s government programs, partnering with infrastructure, application, security, and vendor teams to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable solutions.What you’ll doDesign, deploy, and maintain a critical local and global load balancing infrastructure using Citrix NetScaler and F5 solutions.Manage DNS infrastructure and configurationsDesign and implement load balanced application configurationsProvide technical leadership and design guidance for application teams.Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive problems through resolutionLead platform upgrades, configuration changes, capacity planning, and performance optimizationDevelop and maintain configurations for virtual servers, certificates, policies, and related servicesUnderstand encryption technologies commonly used by web applications, DNS, and load balancingPartner with application, infrastructure, security, OEM, and vendor teams on technical solutionsOperate in a regulated, controlled financial environment.Develop technical standards, documentation, and implementation proceduresIdentify opportunities to improve and automate infrastructure processes using tools such as Python and AnsibleProvide technical guidance and knowledge sharing across engineering teamsExperience you’ll need to have8+ years of experience in network, systems, infrastructure engineering, or a related field6+ years of experience with Citrix NetScaler and/or F5 design, deployment, and support6+ years of experience with technologies such as LTM, GTM, HA, GSLB, ad content switching.4+ years of DNS experience, such as Bluecat, DNSSEC, and F5 XC.Experience troubleshooting complex financial, regulated, enterprise infrastructure environmentsBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to haveExperience with Python, Ansible, or other infrastructure automation toolsExperience with multi-factor authentication solutionsExperience supporting large-scale infrastructure migrations or modernization initiativesF5 certifications such as F5-CTS or F5-CSEStrong communication skills and experience working across technical teams, vendors, and business partnersImportant information about this roleThis position requires in-person collaborationMust possess U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card) statusThis position will work a second-shift scheduleHow you’ll workThis role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment#Hiring #NetworkEngineering #F5 #F5BIGIP #NetScaler #LoadBalancing #InfrastructureEngineering #CloudInfrastructure #TechJobs #L1-CD1Salary Range$109,000.00 - $182,400.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
