Position Details

• Location: Wellington, KS
• Schedule: Friday-Sunday 9p-7a, flexible!
• Patient Specifics: 4 year old with a G-tube and trach

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
