This role develops digital campaign approaches that align with organizational goals and contract deliverables, ensuring efforts are structured effectively and perform as intended.Working closely with internal teams, this position leads channel planning, search strategy (including SEO and emerging generative search practices), and performance optimization across search, social, text and email platforms. This is a hands on role that balances strategic thinking with execution, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate goals and data into effective digital action.Essential Job FunctionsDevelop digital campaign approaches, including channel selection, timing, and execution planning aligned with project goalsExecute and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels, including search, social media, email, and paid media platformsDevelop and implement search strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO) and emerging generative search practices to improve visibility across traditional and AI driven search experiencesConduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve organic search visibility and performanceMonitor and analyze campaign and search performance data, identifying trends and making data informed recommendations and targeted improvements to improve engagement, conversion, and overall effectivenessRecommend digital channel mix and approach based on campaign objectives, audience needs, and performance insightsCoordinate with internal teams to align digital efforts with project goals, messaging, and deliverablesManage campaign timelines and workflows to ensure work is completed on time and within scopeDeploy and manage digital content and assets across platforms (email, paid media, text and social)Adapt and prepare digital assets for deployment, including resizing, formatting, and making minor edits using existing templates and toolsIdentify performance gaps or technical issues and implement or recommend solutionsLeverage AI enabled tools to support campaign execution, content adaptation, performance analysis, and workflow efficiencyContribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and best practices for digital marketing and searchStay informed on digital tools, platform updates, SEO/GEO trends, and industry best practices to support ongoing improvementsSupport internal reporting by compiling, analyzing, and summarizing performance data for team members and leadershipOther duties as assignedEducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or related workExperienceDemonstrated experience developing and implementing SEO strategies, including keyword research and on page optimizationFamiliarity with emerging search practices, including generative search and AI driven search platformsExperience with digital marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms)Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, keyword research tools)Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing workflows (e.g., content assistance, analysis, or campaign support)Familiarity with Google Tag Manager preferredSkills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesExcellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.A passion for education and the empowerment of others through knowledge.Ability to travel to different locations across the state as required.ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSSufficient mobility and strength to move about the facility.
