Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Support Assistant to assist our department with a large file audit project and general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Converting physical employee files into electronic records
• Scanning, uploading, and organizing HR documentation
• Completing a full audit of employee files to identify missing or incomplete documentation
• Assisting with data entry, tracking spreadsheets, and other HR administrative tasks
• Supporting the HR team with additional projects as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Previous data entry, administrative, and HR administrative experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.
