PACT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) GS-7 In Primary CareThe Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), GS-7 in Primary Care (PC), provides skilled and individualized practical nursing care to all levels of patients including most complex patients who are acutely and/or chronically ill in the outpatient care setting. The PACT Team Licensed Practical Nurse at the GS-7 level has the knowledge and skills necessary for a concentrated effort and self-direction in carrying out the most complex practical nursing assignments.
