Lead Caregiver – Evening Shift Full-Time | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | $20.00–$24.50/hour Ingleside | Colony Court Senior Living Ready to take the next step in senior care? Ingleside is looking for an experienced Lead Caregiver to support our evening team and help provide dependable, compassionate care to our residents. This role combines hands‑on caregiving with added leadership responsibilities, including supporting new team members, coordinating daily operations, and partnering with nursing leadership. Schedule & Pay Full-time evening shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

• 20.00–$23.00/hour based on experience
• 0.50/hour evening differential
• 1.00/hour weekend differential

Every other weekend required Rotating holidays required What You’ll Do As a Lead Caregiver, you’ll help keep the evening shift running smoothly while remaining actively involved in resident care. Responsibilities include: Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility, transfers, meals, and other activities of daily living Help orient and train new employees and provide day‑to‑day support to caregiving staff Assist with scheduling needs, on‑call coverage, and attendance procedures Administer medications and complete delegated treatments as assigned Check and document vital signs and promptly communicate resident condition changes to nursing staff Prepare medication and appointment documentation Assist with resident supplies, facility inventory, and weekly ordering Follow infection prevention, equipment sanitation, and safety procedures Work closely with nursing leadership and other departments to support consistent, resident‑centered care What We’re Looking For Active Minnesota CNA in good standing or ability to successfully complete agency‑provided training Experience working with older adults preferred Assisted living, long‑term care, or memory care experience strongly preferred 5+ years of related experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable team member who is comfortable taking on leadership responsibilities High school diploma or GED preferred Benefits for Eligible Employees Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Short‑and long‑term disability insurance Voluntary life and AD&D insurance Employee referral program Take the Next Step If you’re an experienced caregiver who enjoys supporting both residents and coworkers, we’d love to hear from you.
