We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Enter sales orders on items sold and ordered
- Must be VERY detail oriented
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers as they come into store
- Must be proficient with learning computer programs
- Keep merchandise in all areas folded and stocked
- Help other team members keep store orderly and clean
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be a team player
