We are seeking a Chart analyst to assist with auditing and tracking incomplete charts.

The job is in-person onsite at our Westchester Campus in Katonah, NY.

Job highlights:

• Collect, assemble and complete retrospective chart audits.
• Track incomplete charts and follow up on incomplete records with clinical/medical staff.
• Maintain spreadsheets and other tracking tools.
• Answer phones, copy/scan medical records, monthly chart audits.
• Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years post high school education or equivalent.
• Experience in a hospital or related office setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
• Proficient in word/excel preferred.

Starting hourly rate $18.00.
